Cancellation Terms
Please review the following conditions carefully before requesting a cancellation:
24-Hour Window: Cancellation requests will only be considered if made within 24 hours of placing the order. Requests beyond this window will not be entertained. Even within 24 hours, cancellations cannot be processed if the order has already been communicated to our dispatch team and shipping has been initiated.
Same Day Delivery Orders: Orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances, given the immediate processing involved.
Special Occasion & Limited Edition Orders: No cancellations are accepted for products offered during special occasions and festive sales — such as Diwali, Valentine's Day, and other limited-time events. These are exclusive offers with finite stock and cannot be reversed once placed.
Quality Issues: While we do not typically accept cancellation requests post-dispatch, a refund or replacement may be offered if the customer can establish that the quality of the product delivered is unsatisfactory. Such a claim must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
Product Mismatch: If you feel the product received does not match what was shown on the website or does not meet your reasonable expectations, please notify our Customer Support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our team will review your concern and determine the appropriate course of action.
