Cancellation Policy
Our approach to order cancellations, and how we handle quality concerns after delivery.
House of Viraj believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and follows a liberal cancellation policy along the lines set out below.
Cancellation terms
- Cancellations are considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. Once an order has been communicated to our vendors or merchants and shipping has begun, a cancellation request can no longer be entertained.
- Orders placed under our Same Day Delivery category cannot be cancelled.
- Products sourced by our Boutique Dheu marketing team for special occasions such as Puja, Diwali and Valentine's Day are limited-occasion offers, and cancellations are not possible for these.
- Beyond the above, House of Viraj does not accept cancellation requests. If the quality of a delivered product is found unsatisfactory, a refund or replacement can be arranged instead — this must be reported within 2 days of receiving the product.
- If a product received doesn't match what was shown on the site or your expectations, please notify our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of receipt. The team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
